I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Even prior to the covid covid19 pandemic bring aparent in the DFW the tiny tikes learning center school director was nothing but rude to me.

She was never directly rude to my child but i did hear her say condicending and unkind things to children throug-out my time working w/ TTLC.

The food was not good for my daughter i picked her up unhapy almost every day. Told at the begining of enrolment that i was permited to send her w her own food or water! Then wjen asked to bring a watwrbottle for her and told that was not aloud, When asked why i was told by Sofia the director "u will just have to get a DR.s Note' i don't need to have a reason."

Even in the days when the campus was open i couds not communicate very well w the teachers . often all i could get was "sage had a good day" all though multiple days she had been reporting to me in her 4/5 year old ablity that she had been "poked" "hit" "kicked" by usualy the same students . .. And when confronting the teachers about this i was told nothing was wrong .

Nothing was done to help the teoubled little ones understand difference from rite and wrong.

When i asked the director "Has the school tested each teacher for covid19?" And
"When working w infants and children why is the school waiting to mandate mask wearing and proper hygiene ?" My child was expelled that same week

No warning , no reason . ... Absolutlu do not deal w these ppl. In my opinion for the safety of locals worried about the spread of covud 19 and for the safety and emotional well-being of children in that environment ... This place should be shut down .

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My daughter has attended tiny tykes for 7 months and I obsoletely love the caregivers and owner at this facility. My daughter loves it there. Makes my life a lot easier knowing she is being well taken care of. They have also helped me with my older child in an emergency situation and he also told me that he wanted to go back to sissy's school cause they were so nice!!! Thank you tiny tykes for being so awesome!
