They ARE NOT open until 9:30pm, but 6:30pm. Secondly, my son recently received three knots, one that they claimed they knew of, on the back of his head. The one they claimed they knew of was the size of a Kennedy 50 cent coin/a lemon..no one knew how it happened and the Director Anthony Kirk Allen was notified thirty minutes before they were sent home. It was said to have happened when the witness arrived to work, around 8-9am. I also was there around 11:30am to drop off his older brother from speech therapy, so why wasn't I notified?? Long story short, they are unorganized and sometimes do not communicate to each other and the DO NOT call the parent immediately after an incident happens. Also they give you clothes that don't belong to your child(ren) and uses your child's diapers/wipes for the whole class!!
