<li>If it had -2 rating I would give it because the owner is hardly there and when she is its not organized and she don't communicate to staff if you leave she gives you a hard time and don't pay you if you try to contact her about your check she don't answer and if you do it's once and she say you can't come up there to get it and you get it when whenever I send it she rude and disrespectful also there are a couple children there that do inappropriate things to other children when acknowledged to her she don't do anything she says I didn't see it even with proof there are roaches and the children are all together mainly. Only on schedule visits is when they are separated and also the field trips written don't always happens and there are trips that only certain children go on that are not listed staff get lucky to know thing last minute if that. The owner disrespect staff just because she has a bad day and she hardly ever there. Owner will take money from your check if other things don't go right in the business.My opinion is go to another daycare center </li>
