Amazing Beginning Childcare Center

My children have been attending the facility for over 3 years and they have grown so much. I always see the same staff members and everyone is super friendly. The director takes initiative in communicating with the parents on a daily basis. My children have learned there colors, ABCs, and numbers. My oldest is learning how to write her name and short words. Staff members speak both Spanish and English to the children which is a plus on my books! I highly recommend the facility to anyone who is looking for a nice clean and positive environment.

I moved here 8 months ago from Harvey LA. My son was 14 months when he joined the daycare. My son teacher for his age group is absolutely wonderful. She gives me updates on what he does, she cares so much about the kids in her classroom and the one next to it. The only issue I ever had was when his classroom teacher wasn’t there my child blanket was sent home to someone else 2x and they never bother to return the blanket which clearly they knew wasn’t theirs and that’s stealing!!! The director is always happy and greets me every time i have seen her. The staff does an amazing job there. I think my son teacher is absolutely great!! She’s making sure since we are potty training him that he does it during daycare hours as well. Price is very reasonable and when he does art work it’s sent home with him. They provide great meals for the children and make sure each one gets their naps during the day. So it’s a good safe place, doors locked at all times each parent has their own door code, always clean, fabulos is all I smell when I come and Ms. Jo who has him in the morning phenomenal! She teaches the kids sign language for the 1 yr olds and she has a heart of gold for the kids.

I had to report 3 Abuse and neglect reports to child care licensing concerning this facility. Vivian the director choose to keep unprofessional staff at this facility after meeting with her on several occasions. My daughter was injured by this ghetto staff members little brother who was not even a registered child at the facility. Licensing is currently investigating this incident as well as refusing to let my 4 year old go to the restroom and she wet herself and was left in her urine for over 4 hours. If you care about your children don't take them here. Clearly the director is scared of her staff and do not give consequences for the mistreatment of children at this facility. I had to move my children in order to not catch a case seriously. Anybody in their right mod would move their children as far as possible away from this facility. Or go to jail defending your children from abusive staff.

This is an excellent facility. It is always supper clean with a great staff and an excellent director that goes above and beyond for her students and parents. You can tell when the director is one who actually cares for the kids. This is why i wouldn't take mine anywhere else. If she where to ever leave then so would my kid. It is so tough finding a daycare that actually cares for your child and not just your money.

My sons been going there for a few months, i have seen the director two times since him starting. I was told that on fridays i would be sent home with art work and a daily sheet. I dont know what he eats, how much he eats or how often he is changed (which id like to know these things) or at least how long he slept for. I dont think the morning and afternoon teachers have any communication between eachother.
