While their facilities are clean and fully staffed, the owner and owners mother are poor providers for children of any age. A great facade was in place during the first week, but then my children began to experience emotional, verbal, and mental abuse from providers which included being told to "shut up", "stupid", "buttface", and were routinely shunned for facility activites. They have fees in place, but do not routinwly practice fees in contract.
Unhappy with the communication between staff and children. Some of the things the children have come home and discussed about what was said about them to other staff is disappointing. Clean place, but staff plays obvious favoritism with children.
