Facility does not provide care as agreed upon in contract. Journey then charges you for days of unprovided care (by their choice) and quotes their contract and tries to fall back on business arrangement which is the legal contract they broke in the first place. Completely has taken advantage of their customers. They are dishonest and untrustworthy. My child was very unhappy for the month that this facility provided care. Best this I could do was remove my child from this environment.
