The service is very unprofessional. My son started attending there for a month and in that month, they called me twice to pick him up because he was not having a day and I needed to get him. Prior to enrolling him there, I explained that he had never been in daycare before and that he would cry and they reassured me they'd make it work, so I enrolled him. What a waste of money! Then on Monday afternoon after 5pm, I get a text stating that he could no longer attend the daycare. They stated that he opened the door and was putting other kids in danger. He's two! He can't even open the door at home, so if this is a good daycare, why don't they have childproof knows on the doors. Don't waste your time or money, they could not handle a two year old!
My child was attending this center for about 6 months. the staff was friendly and nice, my child loved going there. the beginning of summer they changed staff and he was now having behavior issues. my child was called a liar and was told he could not attend any longer. No probation period and no written notice. they left me with out child care and didn't care about the family or child. very unprofessional staff. would not recommend to anyone.
