Where do I start???? The director leaving, the staff leaving soo quickly I can't keep up, the constant of different directors being switched out?? 3 so far in the last 4 months if you're wondering.... The owners sitting in their offices as if this a doctors office or car dealership, the teachers looking like the hate life, snapping at the kids. Having more kids in the classroom than teachers. I mean I can go on and on.
My child started in 2015, and what made me love this place to pieces was how clean it smells, the happy faces, the interaction with kids and parents, especially parents. How honest they were if they were at fault about something. Since Nancy has left, my child cries when I drop her off, loathing the place. I continue to hear her cry as I walk out the door, they just let them cry until they lose they'll voices. Out of all of the teacher that were there, only 4 that has been there since my child started. If only I can give them a negative -5!!!! Looking to put her else where, but of course I'm late to the party and all the other daycare are full and booked because of the downward spiral kiddie academy's new owners. All the other daycare already know and just shake their heads when I tell them where she is now, it's embarrassing. Is it possible for us to complain enough to have them removed??? I'm all for it if any other parents are ready!!!!

Do not bring your children here. The Yelp reviews are written by the Director Samantha McGill and her Assistant Shelby. Licensing was out again this week. The 4th visit since January 2015. The center has a history of Lack of Supervision, Violation of Children's Rights. High staff turnover based on lack of professionalism of the owner and Director. Ask to see their Licensing File of complaints before you leave your precious ones at this facility.
