Office staff is very rude and not friendly what so ever! As employees within a Christian church, you would think they'd be much more pleasant, however, they are not! As far as classroom staff goes, the teachers are great, but because of bad management, it's not worth it.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Teaches are great!!!! Office staff not very bright. Often dont know the answer to my question. They always have to wait until the other staff member comes in to get my answer. Too many turn overs with the staff. I didnt get a call to let me know that my child was hurt. (Bump on head) I didnt know until I picked up my child.
I don't think these people in the office have a degree to run the place! Good luck with this place. Pulled my child out already!

If I could give this daycare zero stars then I would. The staff in the front office are rude and the teaching staff are under trained and seem like they graduated from high school and got a job there. My child was 15 months old and was placed in the 12 to 18 month class and after 2 weeks I was told they were going to have to move her to another classroom to make room for the new babies coming in. So after working with her for 2 weeks already trying to get her used to being in daycare for the first time we had to start over by changing her classrooms and it just went down hill from there. After a couple weeks I went to pick her up and she had bruising on the side of her eye, scratches on her arm and and a very ugly bite on her forearm. I immediately noticed it and asked the teacher what happen and low and behold she had no idea. She said she had not even noticed it. I spoke with the director who said she would speak with the morning teachers to see if they knew what happen. Well turned out that nobody knew anything about it. Well here we are less than a month later and I showed up to pick her up and she has a bruised bite mark in her arm. They told me what happen and asked me to sign the incident report. I signed it and asked for a copy. The teacher said they were not allowed to give me a copy. I them went to the director where I was to it was a policy that they do not provide copies of incident reports to parents. I asked to see the policy but they were unable to provide me or even show me a policy that states that they do not provide copies. At this point I do not feel comfortable or safe for my children to attend this learning center. I will no longer send my children there even though that means I paid them for time that they are not attending.

The 2 year old classroom and staff were AMAZING. Then my son transitioned into the 3 year old classroom and it was a disaster. The staff in that room were overwhelmed, frustrated, and not properly trained. There was very little classroom management and there were many incidents of the kids hitting, punching, biting, and pushing each other. Every other day I would find my son with a new bruise, scratch, or bite. Half the time the staff was totally oblivious of the incidents. They would blame my son for not telling them about it. Being that my son is 3, he isn't exactly the greatest communicator. I shared my concerns many times with staff and with office personnel. After a month we couldn't take it any longer. I asked to speak with the director because I needed some reassurance but she never returned my calls or made any effort to ease my concerns. I honestly feel that my calls for help fell on deaf ears. After being totally fed up with being blown off and with absolutely nothing being done to fix the problem I decided to pull my child. Due to the fine print on the contract I need to pay for two more weeks while my wife and I scramble to pull our vacation time to watch our son at home. You are better off going somewhere else if your child is 3 years old.
