I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This is by far the worst daycare staff other than 2 teachers. I had to take my child out because she was getting bullied and the staff did nothing about it. This has happened a few times. I addressed the owner and was giving me smart a** replies. They make it seem like they are welcoming but ohh boy yall have no idea. The staff talk about the kids they are under staffed and rarely now do I see someone up front. The phones stay ringing. I have a lot more to say but from experience like I said if yall want yalls kids to get bullied (hit on) this is the daycare to go to
