In response to the parent review provided on June 12, 2015:
We strive to offer a rewarding care and educational experience to all children. We employ staff that aim to serve our families first and separate from individuals who do not share our vision of providing great customer service.
We value constructive feedback that helps us grow. We invite you to visit us for yourself and talk with our satisfied customers and staff.
While we did supplement meals for children without food, our former policy was that meals were provided by parents. Our business has grown to where we now provide meals to all children.
The review also does not mention that we do emphasize the importance of rest for children during non-traditional overnight hours. We accommodate non sleeping children as best we can with quiet activities as to avoid disturbing sleeping children. This policy is still in effect.
My children always complained about being bored. The employees are lazy. They don't provide food for children. All the children there constantly has runny noses and coughs. I would avoid this place at all cost. Keep your children at home.
