I used this facility for drop in care from 9-4:40. I sent four pull ups only for him to have three in his sack. I do not have a good sense of smell. Needless to say I live 5 mins away by the time I got home my child had poo all up his back and in his shorts and all over my arm when I picked him up. I was beyond upset, the director was out on vacation. I left all my information to contact me and have yet to receive a call neither answer my calls. I won't ever bring my child back nor will I refer anyone to this daycare.
Here is a comment I have on the childcare known by the name MISS DEANNA'S CHILDCARE 1. Childcare facility is not clean at all time. 2. No good customer service 3. No secure gate log in/out. 4. Outdated system of log in/out 5. The child playing toys are not clean 6. The bed and sheet of the child kept one over the other, which is easy to get the child sick. 7. The manager don't solve the child issues. I am wondering how this facility got the license in the state of Alabama.
The child care doesn't have a secured door, no computer controlled system to log in/out, kids toys and rooms are not clean, and poor customer service
