If I could give this facility 0 stars I would. I am appalled at the behavior I saw from staff and the director, Hal. On three separate occasions I saw children physically punished. They also talked very negatively to the children. When I brought this to the attention of the director he stated that I "shouldn't make waves". I pulled my son immediately. This facility does not understand Montessori education. They hire ladies from the church that have very old school behavior correction ideas. They are cheap for a reason! STAY AWAY!
Harbon Montessori was my employer on two different occasions as well as being the place I brought my son. I cannot say enough about this amazing learning environment!! My son was reading by the time he entered kindergarten. After only one year at this school. The teachers are dedicated to their students!! I would highly recommend this school to anyone that is looking for a quality learning in a nurturing environment.
