Renfro's Day Camp

Never have had an issue with this provider through the years my children have been with her. She’s had my youngest since she was 5 old and now she’s in 3rd grade!

My two girls attended this daycare for about 6 months. During the entire time there have been many red flags and concerning things that have happened. The staff at this daycare are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The final straw for me and my family was when Tracy Renfro, the childcare provider, called my 6-year-old a liar and said she didn’t feel comfortable with my child being at the daycare anymore. My child came home and communicated an issue that took place at the daycare. So as a concerned parent, I took it to the source to get an understanding of what happened. Instead of being an adult and taking accountability for the gossiping and the unprofessionalism that took place, Tracy tried to downplay the situation and become agitated with me for asking questions about the situation. There is always gossiping going on in this daycare in front of any and everyone. Tracy is always unhappy and complaining about her job and Tracy’s Daughter Jordyn has an extremely EXPLOSIVE temper. Jordyn also works at the daycare. Regarding the situation that most recently took place which Jordyn was involved in, she was very aggressive swinging the baby gate opened forcefully and talking to me in a disrespectful aggressive tone. Her body language looked as if she wanted to fight with me because I confronted her about the situation (respectfully). I kept asking if they remembered they were running a business. I was in total disbelief at how they both handled the situation. I had to remind them both that my children are my main priority, and my kids are always encouraged to tell me when something doesn’t feel right, or they feel disrespected in anyway. Tracy and her daughter were furious that my child reported to me about the incident that took place. They tried to lie and flip the story and even manipulate my daughter to change her story. I’m still in shock about this entire ordeal! Your child’s feelings are not considered at this daycare, the atmosphere is dark and unwelcoming. She doesn’t follow any curriculum plan and the kids basically have a free for all while Tracy sits in her recliner and barely moves. The staff are rude and again unprofessional and fail to portray any since of respect for the people that are keeping the daycare in business. This experience has been THE worst!! Please be cautious and don’t settle for Tracy Renfro’s Day camp. The unprofessionalism at this daycare is ridiculous, save yourself the headache!

I have used this childcare for about 2 years before and after school. I honestly trust her with my child's life and would recommend her to any of my friends. Thank you for your business!

The day care yells and punished my son and daughter for talking to each other. There are more children than supposed to be in the center. There are unsafe conditions for these children and they don't have the right workers. People are just hired without being tested or background checked. This day care needs to be closed and gotten rid of! I would hate to see my children or anyone else's be injured!
