First Presbyterian Child Care Center

The Presbyterian Preschool/Daycare was originally created as a way to provide the surrounding community with more quality, affordable preschool education and daycare services. It was founded in response to a growing need for these kinds of services. Thanks to God’s grace and the hard work and generosity of volunteers in the community, the space in our church was re-modeled, to create a safe and “kid-friendly” space for children attending preschool/daycare.


The Preschool/Daycare serves a significant number of children, providing them with stimulating, fun and educational activities, which are centered on God and the Christian faith tradition, in a nurturing and caring environment. The walls of our church building are beautifully and colorfully decorated with the children’s art work and the congregation feels so blessed to have the children’s happy voices and activities filling up the church’s rooms and gym throughout the week!
