In the beginning my experience was fair, but after a few months I realized the ladies running the daycare need to RETIRE. They have zero patience for children. I began receiving letters home over simple things 3-4 year toddlers do, but they failed to mention my child had a fall and scratched her face. I would also receive a call everytime a family member was there to pick up my child even though I filled out a form arthorizing specific people allowed to pick up my child. If your child will be late after 8:30 they do not serve breakfast and you are not allowed to send your child with a breakfast. They would address me with issues and other parents with issues and it was not done in private. very unprofessional. I witnessed several children running around the daycare not being supervised. It seems they were very strict on thier policies but were not interested in any change and flexibilty or common sense they toddler will be toddlers. I witness the two owners both scolding children and the same time. Children only need one person at a time speaking to them . I could go on and on I chose not to. I would not recommend this daycare
