I have used this provider for more than 6 months

We have been a part of the Little Stars family for over 3 years. Both my children attend and we couldn’t be happier with the teachers and the entire program. The teachers bring a unique blend of structure, education, creativity and fun for the kids. They are caring, attentive and truly know and appreciate the kids as individuals. We get a summary of each day but the teachers always make time to chat, share fun stories or answer any questions parents might have. My kids absolutely adore their teachers and friends and I feel very fortunate we found Little Stars!

I am an Officer of the organization that sponsors Little Stars. I would like to respond to the posting above, first, by stating that no parent has ever reported an incident of theft such as that stated above. Had anyone done so, the matter would have been investigated immediately and thoroughly. In regards to disciplinary actions, the employees of Little Stars are subject to the same disciplinary actions as any other employees in our organization. I would point out that employee discipline is always confidential and if any such actions were to occur, that would not be shared with other employees or the parents of children in the program. As to rumors of “drug addiction,” we have no knowledge of any such rumors regarding any Little Stars employee. We do, however, have full knowledge of their background checks, which we complete for all employees in accordance with child care licensing regulations and company policy. All employees of Little Stars have passed their background checks, without qualification or exception. In addition to being an Officer of the organization, I am very pleased to say that I am also parent of child who has attended Little Stars for the past four years. My wife and I consider ourselves to be extremely fortunate that our child has had the opportunity to benefit from Little Stars’ kind, caring staff and the wonderful program that they’ve created for the children for whom they care and with whom they share their love. Stephen Hage, Chief Administrative Officer and Liam’s father

I am a parent and posting as anon to prevent undue stress to my child in their care. They have an employee that has stolen from me repeatedly, so far as to go into my purse when I leave it unsupervised. I have been informed by another employee that this is a known problem but no disciplinary action has been taken. Apparently the woman has a history of drug addiction but has still somehow passed a background check. DO NOT place your child in their care! Not a safe/trustworthy staff!
