Horrible management, especially Erica Catania the director!!! Terrible place to work. Useless directors and they cheat you on your pay every week. Never pay you all your hours. Bad teachers stay, good teachers leave. Lots of favoritism. The main director is useless and doesn't know how to manage the daycare. Schedules are always messed up. I am glad I do not work there anymore. Good place for kids but terrible work place.
The admin is so set on saving money, they move kids around all day, do not communicate with parents, and consistently do not mean state standards for the teacher:student ratio. They run a skeleton crew to save a buck which creates an inconsistent and unsafe environment.
I only gave this place 1 star because I cant give them any less. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. One would think that with the Disney name they would focus a little more on customer service. They cant even spell it.
