Creative Kids Connection

Creative Kids connection is owned and operated by myself, Carrie Milstead. I have worked with children since I was 12 years old through babysitting and peer counseling at elementary schools. I am also the mother of 3 wonderful and amazing school age children, ages 14, 11, and 9. I have over 16 years experience working in child care, 2 years in a child care center and 14 years in my home. I have earned my national Child Development Associate, Florida Directors Credential, Florida Child Care staff credential, I am First Aid and CPR certified, and hold a certificate in Special Needs Care. I have many references available upon request. The most rewarding part of my career is the bonds created between my family and the children I care for, along with their families. It's amazing to begin watching children when they are infants and then to see them off to kindergarten and still see them through school age and eventually graduate high school. I have always loved working with children. I believe I am one of the truly lucky ones to know my niche in life from an early age of 8!
