I have sent my children to this provider for two years, they we're always good with my children for the the most part. There always seemed to be older ladies working there who were friendly, caring, and genuine. But what I liked about them the most is that they could take a little constructive criticism. But almost a year ago I had to take my children out because a younger woman that began working there would have little spats with my school age daughter. She would unfairly sit her in the corner and tell her the other children were going to have fun without her or she would say that the other kids were laughing at her. She even set her out of a couple field trips that I had already paid for. After addressing this with the other staff members things only got worse. She would out right have an attitude by the time I would come to pick up my girls, she wouldn't even speak to me or greet my children upon arrival. After awhile of my daughter complaining about being unfairly treated I removed both my daughters. SO BEWARE you never know!!!!!

This daycare is open 24/7!! The facility is very clean.  They have cots for the children to sleep on.  They have little trays to serve their food on.  They take the children on field trips. All of the providers are very nice and good with the children. I would definitely recommend Our First Love to sombody!!
