Great Start Montessori School Inc

Great Start Montessori is my daughter's home away from home. I'm excited to watch her grow in their loving care. I didn't want to go back to work so soon, but needed to. She started at 4 months, and I couldn't have felt more comfortable leaving her in their care. She is all smiles when I drop her off and when I pick her up. The teachers have so much love for the students, and it shows. The environment is clean and inviting. My husband commented that it doesn't have "that pee smell" that daycares have. Every time I drop off or pick up, the toddlers and "big kids" are busily playing and learning. The infant area is so peaceful, my baby acclimated quickly. There is a sense of community, calm and purpose here. I am so grateful for this little gem in our neighborhood.

We cannot say enough great things about Great Start. Our twins are currently in the infant room and are so well cared for. The small class size is great. All the teachers are so warm and care for the children as if they are their own. We are so happy we found Great Start for our children and are excited to see how they excel as they grow.

We brought our daughter here as a 12 month old and she was immediately at ease. We went through several centers and in-home providers before finding Great Start and as a parent I could finally feel confident that our daughter was getting the quality care and attention that she deserved. They are an intimate school with small class sizes and foster a caring environment for learning and growth. My daughter has become much more independent, feeling herself with a fork and spoon and playing intently with the creative work provided. I can't say enough good things about Great Start and the wonderful teachers that run it.

As the parents of a toddler enrolled at Great Start, we are very happy with all facets of the school. Our 18-month-old started in the infant environment and is now in the toddler classroom. The classrooms are beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed to invoke curiosity. We have been impressed with the curricula, teachers, and seamless transition when "graduating" from one environment to the next. We love that the small class size allows the teachers to individualize an experience for each child. Most importantly, we have found the teachers to be top-notch professionals, engaged and very loving towards our daughter. Great Start provides a warm and enriching community, and we are happy to have our daughter a part of it.
