Cindy's Teddy Bear Day Care

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was an alternate pick-up for a child there. I was at home and received 3 calls from the daycare right after another. The last one left a 4 minute voicemail and I could hear a lady hollering and a child crying! Shortly after that call, there was a knock on my door from police asking if I had just picked a child up from this daycare. One of the workers there had told police that I had picked the child up and he was injured. Shady stuff going on there. I don't think they have enough adults to handle the number of children enrolled. The workers holler at the children. The child I would pick up said that the lady hit him. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED!

My child has been going there since she was 7 mths old. She is now 2. The most important thing to me, just to name a few is that my child is happy, comfortable, well fed, and loved by the daycare providers that I'm dropping her off with. Cindy's teddy bear daycare does all of that. She is constantly learning and she enjoys the activities they do. The owner is always helpful and is always willing to listen if I have a suggestion or a concern. She has never once hesitated to make a change to better serve her customers or the kids that go there. I have search for other day cares, but no one can beat what she has to offer. We love the way she truly cares for the kids as they were her own.

Definately would never leave my child in her care. She doesnt watch the kids. Seen her do the daycare in her home let very little kids run around without adult ouside with them. She even use profanity and constantly yelling. I warn people dont ever use her services.
