Susan is very attentive and provides high quality care. She has policies that clearly states what she provides and has a very good open communication with all her families. Her home and her family are all very ingaged in the day care and the children are very happy! My family and extended family has been in and out of her day care for the past 30 years, and the quality of care she provides is always consistent.
Susan gives kids candy without asking parents. She takes off frequently and he backup, her husband, reads the paper instead if watching them.
