Love this provider. I'm always updated with news and pictures of my children. I recommend all of my friends. :) New management is amazing and my children have had the same teachers that truly care.

I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. Very unprofessional and unqualified staff. Children getting hurt & bitten almost daily and the teachers don't know anything about it. High turnover of teachers and students. Teachers always quitting and when a new teacher starts the parents don't even know who they are or their names or what age group they're in. I would never know from day to day which classroom to drop my child off in or where she'll be when I pick her up. I never know who her teacher will be for the day and the kids have to change classrooms and teachers all day long- very unprofessional. When I pick her up I'll ask the teacher (who I've never seen before or even know her name) how my child did that day she'll say 'I have no idea, I just got in this classroom a little while ago, she was with another teacher all day but she's gone home'-again very unprofessional. One time when I walked into my childs classroom to pick her up I said 'where's my child' the teacher said 'I'm not sure, check next door.' I know of a family that was unknowingly overpaying and the director told the assistant director not to tell them. The director lies about everything. She claims its a Christian school but she is the most unchristian woman I've ever met. I've heard of several parents getting treated by her very badly by her when they gave their notice that they're leaving. I would never get an accurate report sheet about how my child ate that day or what she ate. I would sent a full lunch box of more than enough food but some of it wouldn't even be written down on the report whether she ate it or not, but the lunch box comes home empty, so did she eat it all or did they feed some of it to other kids or what. If I asked about it I would get the answer 'well I don't know'- very unprofessional. There's no structured curriculum or program in the classrooms at all. They post a daily program for the different ages so the school sounds great on paper but they don't do it, trust me, there's just baby sitting. There's basically just free play all day long, the kids just wonder around the classrooms. Their basic needs are being met- they're fed, change diapers, and nap, that's it. The classrooms, supplies, and toys are old and outdated.

Great place, great employees, and great atmosphere.

Do not bother placing your child or child to be on the waiting list. They will screw it up and you will be forced to find other alternatives when you think you are all set with them. We had our daughter on the waiting list 7 months before she was due to start. We confirmed during our tour in August as well. We called recently again to ask some questions only to find out that they could not "find" us on the list. Now with a month before my wife goes back to work we have to find daycare elsewhere. So much for being a good Christian establishment.
