I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The staff don’t know what their doing. The CEO tried to raise the rates with 3 days notice. If you read this run far away. People that live in the suburbs should not work in the inner city. I’m glad I got out of that place.

This place is very unprofessional. Teachers are supposed to have an educational background, and they don't. Teacher aides are given the role of teachers instead of hiring people with degrees. There are no lesson plans for students. Students are forced to eat nasty bran cereal in the morning, instead of food that is appealing to little kids. All kids do there is run around a play all day, and have staff yell at them, even the assistant director, and they call themselves an educational daycare. Place does not seem cleaned at all. Students are allowed to come to the daycare with all types of illnesses, which are contagious. Seems poorly managed. Assistant director seems to try and be every ones friend rather than an assistant director.
