DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! This daycare is irresponsible and uncaring. They let kids watch TV for 2 hours in the morning instead of playing with them. They had some concerns that our grandchild was sick and we took him to urgent care the next day and were told he was fine to attend daycare. They read the diagnosis and paperwork and was nervous that he was contagious. We picked him up and did not make a fuss even though my daughter had to miss work. We took him to the doctor again and got a note saying he could return daycare. We tried to drop off the child again and was told they would not take him because of what we did the previous day. They wouldn't even have a conversation with us. Why no tell us Friday that you won't take them on Monday? Why not have a conversation? They really put my daughter at risk at her job for absolutely no reason. We will be reporting them to Erie County.
