Kidz World Daycare

POOR DAYCARE. They notified us on Tuesday that they are closing for the whole day on Friday for a kids parents funeral. I understand very sad and they may want to be there, that's fine. So a couple of us asked for our money back for Friday due to the daycare being closed. Most of us can't afford to be off so we want our money refunded for that day so we can pay another sitter. I call the owner Tuesday and ask if our money will be refunded, she says SURE!!! NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Then, later that day she has typed out letters to families stating that basically if we are asking for a refund for Friday then she is going to make us pay a daily rate for 4 days and we will end up owing her!!!!!UNBELIEVABLE! this woman tries to act Christian and she is far from it!!! Always was sending our kids home for "fake fevers". We would leave work take our kids to a doctor and for some reason the fever that the daycare claimed they had just magically disappeared. Our last day with this joke is tomorrow.

I would give this daycare a 0 if I could. The owner is a wanna be military dictator. She treats the kids like they are in boot camp. If you do happen to make her unhappy, she will take it out on your child/ren. She has different rules for different children and when it comes to her bookkeeping, thats a joke. She does not track payments and WILL NOT give you a receipt if you pay cash. Please be aware of this daycare!
