If you look for a daycare, keep looking. This place was amazing when Ms. Kelly, Mrs.Tiffany and Ms. Hadeel were there, but now it's laughable. The workers don't know whose child is whose and told my husband to just take which ever one was ours, and didn't give my 15 month old liquids after 11 am one day which was blatantly said to us. They used other diapers on my child even though she had plenty there, not to mention the poop that was up her back but not on her rear even though they had just changed her. I would not trust this place with your child, especially at the rate they charge when they're not even watching the kids because they're buried in their phones. The smell of the place needs fixed too, it recently started smelling like a smoke stack. I'd honestly be surprised if on their next state visit they rated any higher than a 2.
Parents don't waste your time and go somewhere else. THEY HAVE A POLICY THAT YOU HAVE TO BE THERE BY 9:00 AM. I was stuck in traffic at a light a block away from their building. I got there at 9:02 am with two toddlers. There was already a parent standing at the door, meaning she got there at 9:00 am. She worked for a big hospital. They locked us out, plus the parent that came behind us. No common sense, its raining outside, traffic is bad, you slow down, get stuck at a red light, they lock you out and I guess you figure out what your are going to do for the rest of the day! They keep saying learning starts at 9, every time I arrive they are still using the potty, changing diapers, kids running around, what learning is starting at 9:00 am?
One of the best Child care center in Fairview Park.
It is a beautiful center with all new equipment. Everyone was very nice there.
