Awesome place with awesome staff. They have stepped their game up, the prek room has been my sons class for the year. He knows comes home everyday saying his numbers and singing. I have been told the class mimicks the actual AISD program they have had there. Management is also great, Amir and Daysi always working with my crazy schedule. Overall great experience! And I am very picky when it comes to my child!

When I entolled my child the facility was great I loved the mangment it's a small business so the customer service is great and they love the kids and get to know them. My child never complained about going to daycare she loved it. Mrs Daisy did go on maternity leave and unpleasant changes were made but now that she's back everything is great! I would recommend this daycare to family and friends.

Terrible daycare and the director Elnora is the worst. You sign a contract stating if bad behavior happens they will have a parent conference on what plan we can come up with to fix it. There also has to be incident reports filled out for the bad behavior. In order for them to term a child. I was not notified about my child's behavior except one time in the course of 4days of him being there. one of the days they even sent him home with really no explanation. I get a call just a few days after him starting telling me that are going to have to let him go. No reason really other then he won't listen. She didn't even tempt to work it out with having a parent conference or write ups. She said they don't have time to work with my child. When i asked her for a copy of the packet I signed and for her to look at it and read it she told me he didn't have to do anything and she doesn't have to give me anything. I asked her for the number to the person above her and she said she was the only person. I know this is not true there is at least one more person above her, she just kept refusing and didn't not want to be civil about it. When she told me on the phone someone had to come get my child I told her I am at work I can't leave I will find someone. She demanded we hurry and I said look I can't leave you will have to wait until I get someone to pick him up you can't just set him outside on the curb. She had the audacity to threaten me and say well there's places I can call to send him. He's 3 years old!keep your children far away from this place. Not only is the director terrible but I have heard the morning teacher yelling at a little baby for crying when I dropped my son off in the morning.

My kids are doing great here, they are always singing songs and learning everyday. I am pleased with the new director Mrs daisy, would recommend!

Crappy management. Ill consistency with times displayed that they are open and what they are actually open. Would not recommend this daycare to anyone. Staff are lazy and need to be trained better. Every time I go there, kids are constantly crying and their faces dirty. I do not recommend this daycare to anyone.
