I was a former employee for this company. It is not only unprofessional but so terrible. Not only are there many special needs children that the staff is not trained for but the classrooms are always being left over ratio. The owner is very unprofessional and will make a employee problem a personal problem. She is also very childish and if something was not done correctly it would be thrown on the ground to be fixed by the employees. The staff is not nice to the children at all, in fact the children are not treated with care and love at all! Horrible company, horrible staff and horrible owners.
This business is terrible to not only their employees but also the children left in their care. Learning plans and curiculums are sub par as the materials required are never provided. Special needs children are accepted but the staff is not properly trained to care for them in an adaquate manner and are. Special needs children who are brought here are not in an environment that they will be able to succeed in. Staff:Child ratio is always over. The establishment is never clean and tends to get ants in the summer. It is highly recommended that you bring your children to other daycares.
