Learning Experience, The

I was searching for a child care for my daughter in November 2013, I called TLE to schedule a tour, I talked to the manager on the phone and at the end of the conversation after she answered all my questions I asked her what is your fee for 3 full days and her vibe changed immediately from friendly to an aggressive sales lady!!!!!! she said we don't give prices over the phone till you come to the tour, I told her what if I want to know the price and then decide if I want to come or not, she said sorry that's your choice but I am not giving you prices over the phone!!!!! she reminded me of my car salesman.

Couple of days before my tour I decided to go drive by after my work to see the facility from outside, and here was the shock, I found two policemen standing infront of the main door talking about a kid that have been hurt inside the school and their parents called the police to the child care but the manager had no clear answer for them or explanation how this happened to the kid. I decide right away not to go to the tour and search for something else.

My advice to you if you want to enroll your kids their, ask them did anybody called or filed a police report against you because their kid got hurt.

I am writing this because I just knew my coworker had her daughter enrolled there and she had a horrible experience with them and took her daughter out, she also told me the manager her name is Mary Hanna is horrible and in any discussion you have with her regarding your kid, she starts acting like a lawyer and she gets the papers out and start speaking about policies and the law without solving any problems

We enrolled our 2 kids at TLE in September when they opened. Previously, our children were enrolled @ KinderCare in Chino Hills. We had looked at several other daycare chains (Tutor Time, KinderCare, & Kiddie Academy). We are very pleased with TLE. Not only is the facility brand new & very high tech, but the staff are friendly & knowledgeable. The curriculum is what sold us. Most of their 4 years olds (90%) can read before kindergarten. That is in an impressive statistic! I also love that philanthropy is such a huge part of the kids' learning. It is also an added bonus that they offer the extra curricular activities as part of the tuition. My kids love the yoga! Another selling point for us was the class size. At TLE, they only allow 12 children per class. I love this ratio, as in other centers, the class size can go up to 24 kids! That is too many. I have been very pleased with how situations have been handled not only by the Director, Mary Hanna, but also the owner, Kristen. I am always addressed when entering & leaving the building. All important events are posted & flyers sent home. I also love that they have extra events for the families (like the Trunk or Treat). I would recommend TLE to anyone I meet. It is a great learning center!
