DO NOT WORK HERE! Sara will cut your hours if sick once! When You finally Quit, shell hold your check and make you pay for your key card and CPR which we were told they would pay for CPR. Sara is a liar and abusive to her staff DO NOT GET A JOB HERE!
My kids have gone to Little Endeavors for almost 10 years, starting at 3 months old. We have had mostly a positive experience, but of course there were a few bad teachers along the way. The new owners are making great improvements.
Owners were friendly. Staff are young and just dont seem to care. They have a playground but it is not used until 5pm at pick up. I took my daughter here for the summer and will not go back again. They go on "field trips" 3 out of 5 days as long as the weather is perfect. If they are not on a field trip they are inside all day, doesnt matter if its 72 degrees and just perfect outside, they do not take them out to play. There is no teaching what so ever. In my daughters room the staff would threaten them with reading if they were not quiet. Reading should never be associated with punishment. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone that wants to drop their child off in the morning and feel good when they drive away.
