The Children's Academy Niles location gave me the worst experience ever with daycares. The main reason my child hasn't ever gone to daycare until she went there and the reason why she will never return. If I'm not mistaken correctly aren't you supposed to sanitize the diaper changing tables and put paper down before you change a child? And I'm sorry but I also don't approve of my child using the toilet and a line of boys and girls standing at the door watching her while she goes because they don't let them shut the door while they use the bathroom. Also I've witnessed staff there snatch up children as punishment including the so called boss Jill. I don't recommend this daycare to anyone. Please save your money and go elsewhere.
