Fsa - Magnolia Child Development Center

My son loves his teachers and friends at fsa magnolia child center. Everytime I pick him up he greets me with the biggest smile and says "Mommy I had so much fun today" turns around and says "Bye friendsss". I can see all the teachers have very genuine connections with the children. The only thing I would say is not the best is in the mornings when I drop off my son 3 out of 5 times the teachers will not greet you or even say good morning. I could understand as sometimes in the morning i don't most would not be in the greatest moods but none the less they are very attentive with all the children.

I personally love this school and the program they offer my son is now 3 and I have been bring him to the center since he was a year old in the time his been at the center he has grown and developed so much he has moved form the infant room to the toddler room and now he is in the preschool program he loves going to school and he's excited every morning to walk through those doors which brings me peace of mind that I know that those teachers are taking very good care of my little boy.

Rate 4 - I have another point of view from the center. During my difficult time, office staff, Director andteachers helped me with food, clothing and moral support going thought my divorce with my husband. I am a single parent of 3 children and they helped me a lot. You problably feel this way becasue of your services were terninated due to other reasons. so you are just hurt they terminated.

I agree. I think the office staff are rude. I hate not knowing which room to drop my child off or pick them up. The teachers are nice, but some seem like they don't know what they are doing. I know the howl life story of my sons teacher. She seems more focused on her bad relationship than the kids, wish I had somewhere else to take my child!

I'm extremely disappointed of the teaching staff and the director, in the sense that they don't feel a genuine need to do what is necessary to nurture each student through their respective age by ensuring that each student is keeping in line with the other students in the same age group. The attitude of this place is inconsiderate, The Director JACQUELINE does not know what she is doing. Their job is to assist us, but they only make it more difficult on you. They are careless, no customer service. The staff is twofaced, the director has poor service skills and bad training of her staff. I feel sorry for the good staff that is there. I dont recommend this place to anyone. That place was awful as far as office staff! All the office staff sit around and talk about the parents and the kids. The people we knew, nice and smiling, saying how they love our kids. Changes the second you walk out the door. From my expierence they run a dishonest program, It is meant to help you, but, that is not what they do. If anything they have cause me to stress to the point that I have gotten migraines of how unorganized they are. They talk about children to other parents. They choose favorites amongst the kids. Over all, it is not a good ethical place for your child to be taught.
