This facility has been a complete blessing from the moment I was told about this amazing program/opportunities that is out there for all families in the Riverside area! Well back then the FSA was a lot smaller and shared the back side of the ywca bilding,so space was limited when I applied I was 36 weeks pregnant and there was no openings! so needless to say I finally got a call, about when my baby was 8 to 10 weeks old . I already had to go back to work even with my bonding time, being taken so I had very my close friend with some free time caring for my child, and time was running out & even though I was very concerned about leaving my first and only baby with complete strangers the director was very understanding in my concerns. She made me feel very comfortable and took me on a tour of the facility and how it runs and most importantly the 3 to 1 ratio in each classroom which is unbelievable and keep in mind they take children as young as 8 weeks old& it is a non-profitable organization it's income-based so this gives me the opportunity to actually have a chance to provide for my child as well as give her the care that she deserves on a full-time basis which provides breakfast/lunch 2 snack everyday and as well as most importantly focuses on Higher Learning in the children's first five years of life which is amazing I'm so proud of my daughter's accomplishments with the ability to acknowledge respect show manners and has the ability to completely Express her feelings and communicate on multiples levels between mother and daughter and I owe it all to her care providers at the FSA! they are my family and I will always feel as if they our my Angles who care for my lil Angle! Now my Angle is almost 4 years old and this facility has grown so much and expanded into the entire building an Now with 8 different facilities in the area for close and convenient locations that also can provide parent classes, healthy eating habits , educational Learning and one on one family counseling and therapy for those in need at no cost. I am very proud to say my daughter attends the FSA. Who will be completely ready for her very first day of Public School.
