my child has been attending this child care service for 3 weeks now and he has escaped out of the classroom on two different occasions while the teacher was not paying attention, the teacher didn't even know my child was gone it was a different teacher walking the halls that happened to find him by the front exit doors. I understand my child can be a little escape artist but they were aware of this and how are you supposed to trust a place that can't even keep track of the kids. Now today he comes home with a huge mark and bump on his forehead there are no answers for how it got there. and it happens to be my son's teacher lives with the main boss and so nothing seems to be getting done about this issue. They are playing favorites with their employees, so there is no disciplinary actions that they will take against the employee that is lacking and not paying attention to the children. There system works like this, if you complain about them or have an issue with how they are performing they will kick your child out of there day care services, then If your kid does anything wrong they will kick them out as well. so they hold all the power and the parents have no recourse.there is no structure there the kids have different teachers at different times so they cannot get used to one person overall there are some good people there but in my case it has been a terrible experience and has changed my son and regressed his abilities. I am very disappointed with this place would never recommend them to anyone.
