About the Provider

Description: We have built our program around the understanding that each child is unique and that we cater to the individuals, not just to groups. Our curriculum will constantly be evolving, as time passes our students will have the exposure to lessons that are relevant to what is going on in our community, nation, and the world.

We place an equal amount of importance on keeping our center family oriented. In doing so, we create bonds with children and parents that last long past when they leave our program. By creating these bonds it allows us to give each child the tools they need to be successful.

I have suggested my sister leave a review but she insists on giving room for change from her phone calls with the school. However, she has expressed her concerns with me on more than one occasion. I'm writing this in Hope's to push for better service, because my sister says her child does like thos school. However, one of the concerns shes shared with me is very scary. With enrollment parents are to make a list of who can pick up the child. Upon dismissal there is no sign out sheet. You just ring the bell and say who you're there for and viola. They bring you the child. No checking to see who you are. No checking id's. No checking to see if you're on the list! Makes one feel anyone can pick up a kid as long as they know their name or the kid knows who they are. What if the child does know the person but this person is a crazy uncle NOT LISTED! Yes, the child will go to them not thinking of danger. But no ID or list check was done. How about a sign out sheet and check the name and relation, then match it to the parents list before bringing the child out. Or how about making a ProCare account. I use this for my daughter's daycare where the child is checked in and checked out and its documented on the app for the parent to see. Let's make sure these babies arent going into the wrong hands. Plus, is my sister the only one experiencing this? And if so, WHY?

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Parents, if you want your children to end up being scarred mentally and physically, and end up being serial killers, go ahead send your kids here, for the rest of you who care for your children, you WILL RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. My daughter came home with multiple bites, diaper rashes and several physical injuries every other day. Moreover we found she was starting to get more and more fears of mundane things like bells, phones, colorful stick-like objects - making me wonder if there are any physical or mental trauma she experienced using those objects at this place. The administration (2 ladies) are completely UNFIT for the job. Super rude, hated talking to me, always was defensive - not the qualities you look for in administrators that run a place which is supposed to take care of one's children and give us a peace of mind as you go to work. As you can tell, I am extremely bitter about my experience here. Each time I brought up a physical scar on her, it would be responded with harsh words, and no adequate response. Bottom line, your child would be much safer without any supervision at your house than leaving them at this place that I call hell. So please find another place.

I wish I would have never send my son to this place. My son was neglected, often came home with diaper rashes because he was left with dirty diaper, no attention or love from his teacher, punishing the kids by taking their food and throwing it on the garbage, not providing kids kids with enough food to satisfy their hunger, and the last thing that made me pull my kid out was seeing another kid getting thrown on his cot because he was acting up. When we approached the director of the school with this last problem we were told that we are not welcomed any more......called child services and the day care system to let them know already hopefully something will be done about it.
