Very poor communication standards, have to sit through many many prompts it's very hard to get ahold of anybody in this is concerning especially because they are watching your child!
I enrolled my two children in the Rochester head start program, September 2013. My children have learned so much from them, Miss M, and Miss Jen are wonderful in RCC 1, with my son. He looks forward to going everyday and crys when there is no school. Miss Elisabeth, and Miss Jamie also Miss Evelyn in RCC 2 are so good with my daughter, She tells me she want to go home with Miss Elisabeth, they have tought she so much more then I ever thought possible, in such little time. Thank you to everyone I said in this review, and everyone one else behind the seen's that make is program possible, you are all great and wonderful people, you all have changed my children's lives for the better
