There are always two sides to every story. I had my child enrolled there since she was 6 weeks old. She is now 18 yrs old, and we are still very involved with this center. They are and have always been a three star center. I know from first hand experience that parents ARE called if their child's fever is 101. I also, know their teachers have CDA's or higher in Early Childhood Edu.

My thought would be judge for yourself.

Mom of 2 Year old

I had my 2 year old there for a month, It was terrible, the very first day I had to pick him up because another child pushed him into a chair and he had a huge knot on his forehead, they called me everyday because another child had bitten him or pushed him or something that drew blood or a head injury. It was way overcrowded, the teachers are nice but they just have their hands so full its pitiful, theres a lot of drama with the women In the front, almost everyday I went in to pick my child up and a teacher was crying over her child's father, instead of doing her job, or the older secretary woman was having problems with her drug addict daughter trying to take her own kids away from grandma, it was just ridiculous and a lousy excuse for a daycare. There is no professionalism, no classroom structure, and overall a terrible environment for children. Also when you have had enough and take your child out of the daycare they have the gal to charge you an additional 2 weeks for not giving them notice. absolutely ridiculous.

My nephews went here when they were little, and their mom raved about how good this place was. When I took my little one in, it was about 3:30, it was so chaotic! They don't have separate rooms for each class, but just low walls separating the age groups. They showed me the room that my daughter would be in, they said they would go ahead and move her to the room above the infants since she was already one, but I was concerned since she hadn't begun walking yet, and it looked like the kids in her room were experienced walkers/runners. The teacher showing me said "Oh, well he isn't walking yet either" and pointed to a child sitting on the floor, who chose that moment to get up and run across the room. The teacher then said "oh, well last time I seen him he wasn't walking, haha" And there was only 1 teacher for the 6 kids in there, which was within the required limits, but I felt so sorry for her, she was trying to change all their diapers, and as soon as she put each one down, they began crying, and she soon had six screaming, crying children. Even before all the crying started, my daughter did not seem comfortable there, she was clinging tightly to my shirt looking around. I was extremely disappointed in what I found since it was such an ideal location for me.
