DO NOT USE2021-04-10 22:17:34
I have used this provider for more than 6 months
At first this daycare seems like a wonderful, safe, loving environment to leave your child in. But very quickly things started to change. At first they moved all of the teachers around, weekly, so there was no consistency in who was caring for my child. Then teachers were leaving like wild fire & new ones brought in, and those didn’t stay long either. Finally it seemed like it was going to improve when they had two teachers be the main ones in his room, but that only lasted a week. I’d ask those particular girls daily how his day was & I would hear “oh I don’t know, I wasn’t in there today”. Well why not? You’re his teacher, you’re here...that made no sense. Then they ordered Abeka school books to teach the children & came up with a healthy menu for each days lunches & snacks. My son was also potty trained, but with all the inconsistencies & moving around, he moved backwards, having four & five accidents a day. I pulled him out & later learned from a girl who used to work there they NEVER used the school books, they would sit in front of the tv all day & they ate fast food every day. The menu was a ploy, fake & just for show. DO NOT send your child here.
From the moment that you walk into this center, you feel like your child is going to be loved! From the front office to the teachers. My child feels loved from each and every one of the teachers at Child Learning Center. I can go about my day knowing that my baby is going to be loved and treated like he is part of the family.
To start this off, i am not from a rival daycare. I currently have a child in the child learning center. Walking into the daycare facility there has been on many of occasions arguing and hostility coming from the front office where you sign in. That is not providing a welcoming environment. Also I have heard many times the front office staff bickering, saying harsh negative things, been extremely rude and judging the parents loudly behind their backs and even on one occasion to their face and that parent took their child out immediately and has not come back...but thankfully the teachers help balance that out. Unfortunately I have seen many of them come and go, many of tgeir reasons being problems with the front office staff, which doesnt help the matter and doesn't provide positive consistency for the children and just goes to show why I'm hesitant to keep my child in there. They are correct on the 3 stars...but it's certainly 3 out of 5 stars. The place is good but not great and certainly not worth the $600+ a month we're paying for their services.
You can always tell when rival centers or businesses post. It's always a quick post and with some kind of anonymous name. I personally know the people who work in the child care center and they are nothing less than amazing! You get the best service and smiles with open arms of compassion and tenderness. It's a Christian run center, so you know there is plenty of love to go around. Whomever posted the negative feed back, I feel sorry for you and will pray for you. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed! GOD BLESS!
As a former parent of a child that attended this child care center, I have nothing but positive to say about this center. This center is a 3 star rated child care, which is the highest any center may receive. The teachers were all trained in CPR and first aid plus extra training. The teachers were loving and very understanding to my child. Its a very clean facility.

Don't use this day care!! Teachers come and go like wildfire. Employee turnover rate is very high
