My son is 3 1/2 and he's been going to TLC since he was 6 weeks old. They have taught him colors, letters, numbers, and helped potty train him. I have never noticed them to be under staffed. I would recommend this daycare to my friends and family.
Witnessed kids being left outside in 40degree weather because they came out of eating area and the front desk didn't let them in the other side and they were too small to open the door so they had to wait until another parent walked through to take their kids to eat to alert the front desk that 2 kids were outside alone. Not enough staff for the kids they have enrolled.
