LORD TEDDY BEAR DAY CARE #2

The beginning of my daughter starting at this daycare was good up until I started addressing some issues like her diaper rashes and basically sending her home with dirty diapers including poop . Literally when they open the door you could smell poop on her , it got so bad that they didn’t want to listen to me so her father had to get involved. They didn’t like that idea of him getting involved so one of the lady started being rude and saying slick comments every time I was to pick up my daughter . I also been noticing that after I thought the issue was resolved they stayed giving me dirty bottoms that my daughter have wore to the daycare every day saying she had an accident and I checked them and in one pair there was a hard poop ball in the pants leg which I didn’t understand how that happen . I also use to notice new pack of wipes never open be about gone once I pick my daughter up and going through diapers faster than usual. I wouldn’t recommend because they are very Unprofessional and rude when a parent show they concerns about they child .

My experience started good but I guess they were just trying to get my money. I told the lady how much to feed my baby and I would pack extra just in case but when I would pick him up all his food was gone. I asked how often he was being fed and the lady said every hour. I decided to fix just enough & put the time on his bottles. I told the lady & she caught an attitude with me. This was not the first time I had felt that service was not up to par. His things would be missing from his bag. One day he had a welp from his lip to his ear. And he was red as if someone had grabbed him. I asked the lady and she acted as if she didn't know. We got snowed in one week and I had already paid so I asked about the following week and once again the attitude came out. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR CHILD THERE!!!
