Nannie's Playhouse

My daughter was placed in Nannie's Playhouse under Child Care Services. When I first tried to apply, they lost some of my paperwork three times. Arguing with me, telling me I was the one who never turned it in. When my daughter finally got enrolled, a couple of months later they had their christmas party. When I told them I was coming back when it started, I was asked 'Is your daughter going to see you?' and proceeded to tell me how it would be a bad idea for her to see me. When later on that day, I was told by parents that I could've gone up there. When my daughter's step-father called, they started telling him I misheard it and I was going to be allowed up there. A few weeks after that I had CPS called on me, because my daughter was wearing 'ill suited' clothing.
My daughter wears size 3T - 4T, yes she is two years old. But those are clothes that fit comfortably on her, anything smaller she tries to pull off and will leave marks on her.
