I set up an appointment with the OWNER. As I called to let her know I will be In as soon as I picked my kids up and she seemed more than accommodating to stay later. I thought this was so great! Boy was I wrong, as soon as I picked my kids up and was on my way I call to let the owner know I'm almost there. Communication is key. The first girl said she'd let Kristen know I will be in very shortly. Second call girl had no idea and said to just call tomorrow. So MY appointment with the OWNER Kristen was cancelled and was never once notified. She left a note for me to just get with the director. I was then told they would have her cAll me that same night. Not once heard back. Needless to say, this is the WORST way to start off with a perspective parent. If the owner acts the immature, what kind of staff does she hire?! Be aware parents. That answered my question as whether or not to start my kids there. Major RED flag. Very sad, as we were very excited to take a tour and meet the owner, Kristen.
