Woodforest Academy

I am so happy my child loves to come to school. He has been learning so much and loves his teacher Brittany. The staff there is so sweet and caring we look forward to the activities to come.:)

My 3 year old son had behavior problems at his previous school. I admit sometimes he's tough to deal with, but the teachers at his previous school were just too rough and not sweet at all. We found Woodforest and the change is noticeably and incredible. He's behaving very well and is every day excited about going to school. His teacher is very sweet and understanding. They have an excellent classroom and the playground looks like a park. He gets home every day so tired because not only they get to go to the playground twice a day, but he also gets to take fitness class every day. Also, they teach Spanish every day and know how to deal very well with difficult kids. Definitely recommend this school.

I disagree with the comment made regarding the director of the school. We are very blessed with all the changes and how nuturing the owner, director and staff are. They are always so friendly and helpful. I know when I leave my daughter at the school that I do not need to worry because she is in great hands. We are so happy at Woodforest and love the family setting. My daughter has never come home saying anything negitive about any of the staff. She loves the director as well as her teacher and speaks highly of them daily. Great job with all the improvements you have made to the school as well as the wonderful staff.

everything was great at first, the place was nice. my son loved it in the beginnig. dont get me wrong, it was a beautiful place. everything was organized and they followed their schedule right. my son told me the director (i will not say her name) was very mean. hed come home complaining about her, a lot. i wasnt happy with the situation at all so i decided to take him out without dicussing anything with them. if the director wasnt there, id bring my child back.

My son has been attending Woodforest for about 3 months and is in the Pre-Kindergarten Classroom.  He has 2 very loving teachers and is coming home with new and excited things he has learned every day.  I have noticed that his writing is improving as well.  I like that they have an educational program and he is also being exposed to music and spanish.

The school has a warm cozy feeling and all the front office staff is always so helpful and friendly.  I feel comportable leaving my son every morning and going to work because I know he is in a loving and caring environment.  He is learning and having fun and that is what matters most to me as a parent.
