I recently signed my daughter up and the lady said she'll send a letter in August for a orientation but yet I still didn't receive one I called multiple times and I get the same excuse to call back.
I recently signed my son up for childcare. I called Yvonne Siacha to make sure I had all the correct paper work in because I was faxing everything in. She refuses to call me back. I have left several messages with staff and on her answering service for 3 weeks straight. I feel as if I am being descriminated against. I will not allow my son to attend a daycare where staff will not make any contact with me. Yvonne Siacha may have a problem enrolling non-hispanics or maybe the daycare have reached there limit for non-hispanic children. What ever the case maybe I deserve a phone call based on me getting my paper work in or just because I called and left a polite message asking for my son's current enrollment status.
