I signed my daughter up for 1 week while i was out of town for work. I had it all set up with her sitter to just picker her up from progressive. It was working until Wednesday, THEY LEFT HER AT SCHOOL. I was so freaked out, I was over 300 miles away!! They did go back and get her after the school called! My sitter ended up taking her to work with her the hours she was supposed to be at childcare! WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN
if there was a half star rating i wouldnt even give it that, this place is a scam and a danger in my opinion first day my 8 month old attended there i got her back with several scratches all over her face i had state assistance at the time to help with day care, i pulled her out that day and wright up a incident report but never heard anything about it until last week i get a call from a collection agency wanting $395.49. stating that i owe progressive pre-school. she was ther from 7am-3pm how does this place justify charging me that amount of money for 8 hours and all i got was a injured child with lacerations all over her face (quote: another child did it. un-quote) take it from a single parent who now has to deal with a collection agency on top of work, day to day bills, and a demanding 10 month old. dont go to this place! ask your self what is your child to them?
