Ivy Kids Early Learning Center

I'm not sure what this center's idea of "quality care" is because this place is far from what one would think of as quality. The director is hardly there and when she is she's on her cell phone or making up lame fake stories about my child. Which I know isn't true she's just pretending to "act like a director". I wonder when the owners will step in maybe they don't care how there center is going down the toilet. The turn over in teachers and staff is OUTRAGEOUS! The teachers or shall I say babysitters they do have there are definitely not of any type of excellence or quality. The classrooms are packed and the teachers just don't care. Do yourself a favor don't pick this center. My kids last day will be this Friday. If we make it that far..... Good luck!

Find any other place..... The new director here is a flake. They allow bullying and violence without consequences. The front desk staff is rude and the teachers are inexperienced. There is minimal communication to the parents about policy changes. There are too many kids in the schooler room. The kids are disrespectful to the teachersas well as other parents. There is a lot of favoritism going on between the director and her firends children. I would say within the last year this place has gone down hill. If you have the option, choose another place to take your child.

My daughter attended this schoool for a little over a year. The teachers are great and attentive to the children, but the turnover at Ivy Kids is unbelievable. Every month there seemed to be a new person working in the classroom. The administration is horrbile and does not take accountability for anything. They are really bad about informing parents of chnages in the classroom and let me child go on for God knows how long without getting milk all because no one bothered to clarify what she could have at school. The school did maintain cleanliness, so i never had an issue with that. They just dont conduct good business and have rude front desk staff who clery dont undestand that the parents are the ones paying your salaries and they deserved to be treated with respect and honesty. My advice is to find another child care center. There are a few other great places within the same vacinity.
