I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I am a first time mom and so picking a child care facility was incredibly hard for me. I had my child placed on the waitlist while I was pregnant and she started in the infant room when she was 12 weeks old. I work close to the center and still (My daughter is now 10 months old) stop in to check on her throughout the day and they are always playing, singing, dancing, cleaning, and being very attentive to all of the children's needs. I cannot imagine sending my daughter anywhere else and would highly recommend this facility to other parents and families.

My child attended OT to Play and I was very unimpressed with the care. My child would become injured during the day, which understandably happens, but there would be no documentation concerning the incident, often times the teachers could not even tell me exactly what had happened. The staff was impatient with my child during potty training, using negative reinforcement instead of positive reinforcement daily. My child was made to feel bad if he had an accident, which for me is unacceptable. I also observed teachers yelling at the children to discipline them or get their attention. These children are ages 2-5 and is completely inappropriate and should not be talked to like adults and spoken to in a rude and disrespectful way. There are better ways to manage active children.

I would not recommend this facility to any parent.
