The worst daycare ever ! if you care about your child get another daycare, my 2 yr old kept getting bit daily, another 2yr old was out of control, cursed at the teacher: f*** b*** all day long and every day, hit and bit the other kids,
I complained to the director for about 3 months and nothing was done about it, my child was getting home in anguish, histerical, etc I took my child out of that jungle and placed him in a christian daycare; he now gets home calmed and happy, what a difference ! COA lacks of good leadership, I have used their services for years, most of the directors have a bad attitude, and most of them do NOT care about the well being of the children at all. I only kept my child there because of one good teacher, once they moved my child to another roon I took him out of there !

If you care about your child, you will NOT place them here. We did a lot of research before deciding to enroll our son in this school and initially, we felt that we made the right decision. Once there was a change in directors, everything went downhill. Our son is a type one Diabetic and the director at the time bent over backwards to accomodate his needs. Once a new director came in, however, it was painfully obvious that our son attending there was more of an inconvenience than they were willing to take on. It started with subtle things like; "we need these forms signed my your doctor before your son can come back." and they present them to us on a Friday night knowing full well that we weren't going to get any response over the weekend. To "losing" our son. Classes were consolidated on a few occasions and the "teachers" he was placed with had no clue that he was diabetic (he was 3-4 then!!!). We set up diabetic training by educators from the local hospital for the entire staff and the directors FORBADE any staff from attending other than key staff!! The final straw came when we picked up our son from COA and he mentioned, "My teacher hit me today." When we probed further he said that he was having problems falling asleep during "nap time" and the teacher shook his mat and hit him because he wouldn't go to sleep. Of course I immediately called the director and demanded an investigation. She calls me back on a conference call with the corporate office and stated, "We have determined that an incident occurred between your son and the teacher however concluded that he was not physically struck. Due to this and previous issues with your son, we have decided to disenroll him." I was sitting at the airport, getting ready to fly across country on a business trip and my wife was at work when they made this "determination". The callousness, the covering up of abuse by their staff, their disorganization....the list goes on and on...I mean, they put on a good show with their cameras and "fun zones" however the reality of COA is: they have a bunch of minimium wage babysitters working there as "teachers" who work for a company that only cares about the bottom line...It's a warehouse for your kids...nothing more...Please, for your kid's sake...look elsewhere..
